If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions, the Advanced Solutions Fleet Management Program is perfect for you! We're projector experts - And we want to be your "Projector Department".  Here's how it works:

• We inventory your fleet and bring all projectors up to factory-spec condition. We make sure all the necessary cables, connectors, batteries, etc. are in the cases.
• We store your projectors in our facility in Memphis,TN., right down the street from FedEx's national logistics hub.
• When you need a projector, you just place an order (or give us a schedule of upcoming events). We ship and track the projector using your FedEx account. 
• The projector arrives in factory-spec condition, with all accessories, right at your meeting site.  
• We include a pre-printed FedEx return airbill and adhesive pouch in the case.  When the meeting's over, you just slap the airbill on the case and call FedEx for a pickup (or drop it at the hotel front desk). It couldn't be easier!
• When the unit arrives back in Memphis, we run it through our 10-point diagnostic check. All the cables are tested, the lens cleaned & the projector "fluffed & buffed". The unit is then put on the shelf for it's next use.
• If you need more projectors than you have in your fleet (for a large conference, etc), or if all of your projectors are in use and you need another, you get a super discount on our already low Projector Rental Rates.
