The Meeting Express Program from Advanced Solutions is the perfect AV solution for your nationwide meeting rollouts. We coordinate all the logistics for every meeting so you don't have to negotiate and coordinate with different AV vendors in each city or region. Pricing & equipment are standardized. That makes it easy for you to budget and simple for your presenters to use at every meeting. Let us take the complicated AV logistics of multi-city, multi-date meeting rollouts off your worry list. Our basic package (10-50 attendees) consists of:
- A Powerful Laptop
- 3000 Lumens Projector
- 4' x 6' Screen
- Wireless Mouse
- Laser Pointer
- All Cables, Connectors, etc.
- AV Tech to Set/Strike the Equipment & Monitor the AV During the Meeting.
We also have a Meeting Express Package for larger meetings (50-100 attendees) which includes all of the above plus Speakers & Stands, Mics, Audio Mixer and substitutes a Sound Tech. Ask for details.
